Tieghlor Melton
Director of Operations
Tieghlor is an Eastern North Carolina native and has lived in New Bern for over 20 years. She has served in operational roles throughout her professional career. She enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly to ensure a top rated experience for clients and all who she serves. Tieghlor's heart is rooted in Servant Leadership and cultivating strong relationships through acts of service. With that, she has been able to help serve over 1,300 families along the way through her real estate operations roles over the last 8 years. When she is not serving her Thompson Homes clients, she is known as Mama to her four year old son, Mack, who keeps her busy playing with tractors in the sandbox, climbing playsets all across town, and chasing chickens on the farm. In her spare time, she enjoys being an active board member of the New Bern Area Chamber of Commerce, volunteering with the New Bern Historical Society, and enjoying the historical charm that New Bern has to offer.
